Trial and documenting the MLS Putaway, MLS picking(R-GTL, Pro-GTL, Operation Triggered GTL, IWIT- Outbound) processes. b. Verifying the improvement opportunities from analyzing the data from trials and revising the process FMEA made with the help of FK WMS, AT WCS and Daifuku WMS to improve the detection and severity rating for bringing down the designed RPN rating for all the process.2) Conveyorization of fresh inward, IWIT, RC putting totes from receiving area to inventory area. a. The staging area after receiving was reduced by 20%. b. The productivity of putters increased from 150 to 320 per hour by reducing their idle time and travelling time.3) Making Automation SOP and educating to Operation: Reduction of breach for Customer outbound from 1.34% to 0.58%

Reduction of number of tool change over by reducing operations and interchangeability of 3 major runner models. Improvement of OEE of the bottleneck machine from 65% to 75%.2) Implementation Of Knifing type Header Plate - Improved radiator reliability by 35%. (Present 100000 km to 150000 km), Improved the thermal shock (R&D test) from present 1500 to 2500 cycle (90 to -10), Improved fitment of tube in HP slot for 44 mm by 50% increasing the contact area. (Present-0.9 mm to 1.5 mm), Machine power consumption decreased by 40% in that particular operation.3) Improvement Of Fits And Tolerances Of Product By Modifications Of Tools - The COPQ was reduced from 2.7% in 2016 to 2.1% in 2017. The highest defect of core due to Top Corner issues reduced from 2.4 % to 0.06%.
