My portfolio included all Contact Centre recruitment for ASB, managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including ad writing, CV shortlisting, telephone screening, face to face behavioural based interviewing and full responsibility for sourcing candidates to invite to assessment centres which I co-ordinated and ran.I was also responsible for the recruitment of more senior roles in Product and Strategy within the business.
