My idea was a mobile mental health unit which could be used to access the more rural parts of Cornwall. Alongside the CEO of the organisation we designed and pitch the idea to NHS commisioner for South West. They agreed to fund it and we purchased a Luton van which we converted. It operated successfully throughout the COVID pandemic. We were also offred extra funding to purchase a lorry which would be parked in supermarkets over Cornwall also as a mobile mental heath hub which was also sucessful. I organsied the locations for both vehicles, raised awareness and operated the Luton as well as the lorry.
