Qualified in 2012, this is a seasonal position. I have instructed groups from all walks of life including; military, schools, families, stags, hens and people with disabilities. Groups sizes ranging from 1:1 to being responsible for multiple groups of 50 or more clients and 20 instructors. I have been qualified to teach; Coasteering, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Mountain Biking, Climbing, Surfing, Kite sports and Kayaking.

Design and delivery of a two-day Restraint Reduction In Care course. Certified by BILD and RRN. Design and delivery of a one day break away and engagement course. Admin around course delivery.

Monitoring employee practice at a complex needs residential childrens home. Implementation evidence based support frameworkds such as PBS within the home. I also train employees on these approaches. I contduct practice supervisions and employee development plans.

Facilitating wellbeing supervisions, writing wellbeing policy, sign posting and management of EAP.

Proving daily care and support to two young boys with complex learning and health needs.

Supporting people with acute mental illness and suicidal thoughts in the community, over the phone, virtually and Face to face service triaging. Making detailed notes gathered during consultations, action planning, hospital outreach service. Social prescribing. External services referrals, Well-being guidance at Cornwall Colleges. crisis team manager, writing company process, colleague supervision and development, managing a team of 30. Quality assurance.Project management: In interview we were tasked with coming up with an addition to the service. My idea was a mobile mental health unit which could be used to access the more rural parts of Cornwall. Alongside the CEO of the organisation we designed and pitch the idea to NHS commisioner for South West. They agreed to fund it and we purchased a Luton van which we converted. It operated successfully throughout the COVID pandemic. We were also offred extra funding to purchase a lorry which would be parked in supermarkets over Cornwall also as a mobile mental heath hub which was also sucessful. I organsied the locations for both vehicles, raised awareness and operated the Luton as well as the lorry.

Providing water safety cover to Network Rail bridge engineers. Often working in dangerous environments and at night. Reconnaissance of work location. Conducting risk assessments and safety planning for work location. Operating safety equiptment such as; powerboats, pontoons and throwlines.

Support adults with learning disabilities in their home and on offsite trips. Supporting them with their daily life from personal care to preaparing meals and organising days of activities. I worked within the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) behaviour management framework. Supporting young adults with learning disabilities and behavioural challenges at college and on offsite trips.

Seasonal position. As the lead surf instructor I was required to run the daily surf lessons or co-ordinate the running of multiple sessions. My other roles included; Taking clients out onjet ski tours of the local area, daily maintenanceof the jet skis and customer service.

Working as a roofers labourer my roles included; liasing with custormer, working at height, assisting lead roofer with whatever needed doing.

Teaching skiing to people at all ages, from beginner to advanced and multiple nationalities.
