Here’s an overview of my current responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead diverse hiring efforts across multiple levels, from entry-level staff to senior directors, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.- HR & Recruitment Consulting: Provide expert HR and recruitment advisory services to internal business units and subsidiaries, aligning talent strategies with business goals.- Executive Search Management: Act as the primary liaison with headhunting firms for senior-level recruitment, overseeing negotiations, operational workflows, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer processes.- Annual HR Planning: Develop comprehensive HR plans for MISA and MISA's subsidiaries, including workforce allocation and recruitment budgeting.- Market Analysis & Advisory: Conduct in-depth market research and internal recruitment performance analysis to provide strategic insights to the executive team.- Tech-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with software divisions to customize and enhance internal tools, optimizing efficiency for the recruitment system.- Recruitment Reporting: Consolidate and present nationwide recruitment data and performance reports to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
