• Established and manage the Field Foundation's A Road Together (ART) program, supporting approximately 75 BIPOC and South- and West-side arts & culture organizations• Secured a $15M partnership and $250K research grant from the MacArthur Foundation to design the current iteration of the Field Foundation's arts & culture grantmaking program - A Road Together (ART)• Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding efforts for participatory grantmaking panelists to serve as intentional practitioners of the Field Foundation's racial equity focus in the arts & culture sector• Build and steward deep, substantive relationships with arts & culture organizations, philanthropic partners, and other supporters of Chicago's creative economy• Most importantly - serve as an advocate for arts & culture organizations and the historically divested communities they serve

• Set, tracked, and met corporate, foundation, governmental, and private grant submission and reporting deadlines to fund programming for pregnant people and youth living with HIV, serving predominately below poverty line BIPOC communities • Secured funding for, and supported the design and execution of COVID-19 Rapid Response programs and services to support clients deeply impacted by the pandemic, civil unrest, and racialized, patriarchal, & economic systems of oppression• Liaised with grantors/donors and program staff to ensure gifts are used with compliance and respect to funder requests

• Program designed to empower and train young leaders to create the world they want to live in by working to address an issue in their community. The program offers in-person and online programming to increase leadership skills and expand networks.

• Fellowship in preparation for long-term activist and socially engaged work in partnership with advocacy and social service organizations.

• Keyholder residency for artists with yearlong, 24/7 access to bookbinding and letterpress printing facilities. Resident artist is responsible for holding talks, workshops, and panel discussions.
