Responsibilities include:• Managing the delivery of UAC’s communications to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities included:Creating communications strategies to promote teaching as a career, and specifically about the benefits of teaching in NSW public schools.Planned and implemented targeted campaigns designed to promote the Department's recruitment programs designed to meet shortfall curriculum and geographic areas throughout the state, such as the Graduate Recruitment Program, Teacher Education Scholarship Program and various Retraining Programs.Created promotional material to promote Department initiatives such as the Aboriginal teacher initiative Join Our Mob, Connected Communities and delivers the Explore Your Future Program providing university students in-school experiences in areas of workforce need.
