After years as an organizer, Noah became curious about the underlying structures that lead organizations and movements to succeed wildly or fail miserably.He joined forces with his Dragonfly colleagues to bring rigorous and creative thinking to advocacy campaigns, strategic planning, coaching, and organizational development. His recent work includes supporting movement leaders to have difficult strategic conversations, equipping teams to pivot in shifting political terrain, and guiding organizations to develop a transparent and accountable work culture.He was a founding campaign strategist at MoveOn.org from 2003 to 2010. During this time, he helped MoveOn grow by 4 million members, raise $130 million in small donations, and win and lose countless campaigns. In 2010, he directed the digital team for Greenpeace India in Bangalore and trained organizers from six continents.Noah has organized with other white people for racial justice, with other men to end patriarchy, and in a cross-class, multiracial organization for health care as a human right. Noah was raised on a solar homestead in rural Maine in a family passionate about transforming the world. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, and he lives in Philadelphia with his partner and child.
