Developing strategy with clients, including internal organizational strategy, advocacy campaign strategy, and big-picture change strategy. Illuminating and animating processes with charts, graphs and tasteless humor.I train political activists, nonprofit leaders, labor and management negotiators to navigate their work and political relationships with strategic savvy and compassion.
