My part: Advising leaders, facilitating difficult conversations, mediating disputes, guiding organizations through conflict and transition. Joining leaders in reading and decoding the relationships of power at all levels of the ecosystems in which they work. Developing strategy with clients, including internal organizational strategy, advocacy campaign strategy, and big-picture change strategy. Illuminating and animating processes with charts, graphs and tasteless humor.I train political activists, nonprofit leaders, labor and management negotiators to navigate their work and political relationships with strategic savvy and compassion.
