I am an Army brat the grew up mostly in Ohio. As an adult I landed in New Mexico where my journey with Alternative Medicine started. I learned wildcrafting, natural medicine and how to produce healing herbal medicine.In 2011, after the birth of my first son Nicholas, I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. I went to my Nurse practitioner and in typical western medical form, was given a prescription for metformin. I looked at her and said “Jimmie, can you give me 60 days to get control of this?”. 60 days later, my next appointment, I had not only controlled my blood glucose levels but I lost a whopping 15lbs and I also brought my A1c back down to non diabetic range. Jimmie just looked at me and said “ whatever you are doing is working, keep doing it!”Thus started my journey. Today,I am in the DFW,TX metroplex. More specifically practicing out of Midlothian,TX .I graduated from Everglades University with my Bachelor Science specializing in Alternative Medicine in 2017.I studied Massage therapy at Cortivia Institute in Arlington,TX graduating in 2019.
