Business results have been termed as a turnaround for the biggest offset printing and packaging shop of Pakistan • Leading teams of professionals (06 direct reports and 555 indirect reports) with focused approach to deliver consistent results. Direct reports include: Sales, Operations, Supply Management, Business Controller, Planning & Customer Service, Quality Assurance , Innovations and Product development. • Driving an environment with state of the art Packaging equipment. KBA Rapida offset Printing, Bobst Lemanic and Rivera Tobacco Printing machines, Bobst cutting creasing Expertcut and Nova cut, Bobst Folder and gluing machines (Ambition/Vision fold), and Elcede Die Making equipment. • Build pillars of success on the foundation of team engagement and empowerment. . Hands on with annual budgeting techniques as well development of three years strategic plan.. Managing cash flows through tight working capital control as well as leading projects for controlling variable and fixed costs.. Relationship management with key customers to identify their needs and keep them engaged for on boarding with latest innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. Relationship management with key suppliers for bringing innovations and cost efficiency at their end.

As part of senior management team, this position is responsible for leading and implementing a change management program for the entire company/group. This structured RSF programme is being consulted by two world renowned Swiss consultants. This process is successfully running in Nestle China . Whereas the overall benefit of the project resulted in operational savings of more than 150 mio PKRs (Apprx 1.3 Mio USSD) for Packages Ltd last year. Following are the highlights of my role: • Development of RSF Engine in SAP and ensuring that discipline is being followed while declaring sales forecast on monthly basis • Development of ORs (Operational Review Meetings), agendas and documents to make operational reviews factual and effective. • Deployment of PDCA ( Plan- Do - Check- Act,analyze, improve ) and ONE FIGURE PRINCIPLE throughout the company• Continue to review systems and procedures connected with SAP to make sure that management reporting remains transparent and factual. • Developing capability in organization to adapt change and see the benefit in following to RSF Process concept.• To adopt the best in class approaches and enhance the business processes by ensuring a standardized approach to achieve end to end process excellence through training, development and change management program.

Following are the highlights of my role:• Coordinated factory productivity agenda and deliver against total productivity and cost deliverables on corporate level • Led and Run EHS system on corporate level ensuring health and safety for all stake holders • Assisted Business units/Functional units in making a rational CAPEX and OPEX budgets in consultation with all business stake holders. • Responsible for compliance with ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, FSSC ,FSC COC, Halal and TPM across Packages. • Consulted with MD/CEO for various cost saving CAPEX opportunities
