- Contract maintenance and contract elaboration- Archiving all required documents in electronic form- Daily deal with SLA's and search areas where improvements are needed- Ensure that all activities are performed on time and with the best quality- Proposing and taking improvement actions aiming at preventing possible errors- Constantly providing best results, attention to detail, performing tasks carefully and in detail- Responsible for inserting, reviewing and verifying SAP records and incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness and accuracy- Performing HR related tasks in SAP / Success Factors platform, such as new hires, terminations and contract maintenance routine, and managing the customer's employee’s profiles on the platform (over 2000 employees)- Acting as a point of contact for customer’s employees and HR departments for HR and PY related questions, such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits, deductions, time and attendance via phone, chat or e-mail through CRM (ServiceNow)
