• Decision on rating, scoring and credit limits (qualified member of the Credit Committee);• Structuring and negotiation of credit facilities;• Risk analysis of companies and investment projects;• Coordination of the team of financial analysts;• Project Finance decision and negotiation, financing of M&A and MBO operations, and decision on complex products (such as interest rate swaps or financial derivatives);• Monitoring and management of the bank's credit portfolio;• Responsible for the Credit Reporting to Banco de Portugal.
