As CIO some of my current responsibilities are:-Responsible for all innovation and digitalisation initiatives within the company;-Defining and managing all IT & Information Security initiatives, strategies, processes and budgets-Driving IT strategies to the current business and to end clients, by introducing new ways of work through digitalisation (nearshoring/service delivery/etc) and preserving velv's digital identity -Overseeing the successful execution of projects-Heavy contributor for the creation of an engineering culture, transversally and throughout all departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc)-Working with different teams and support their growth (1:1 meetings, defining targets, yearly reviews), onboarding/offboarding-Led the transformative integration of several internal platforms like ERP, CRM, etc, with a hands-on approach to fully automate processes, achieving a marked increase in efficiency and productivity.-Contributing on overall company management and controlling operations and part of the board-Researching and developing new services/products -Managing partnerships and suppliers, active evaluation of several external vendors in the IT area-Heavy contributor for establishment of an hiring process (in engineering) so that is fast, assertive and accurate-Defined the communication processes to guarantee performance of project teams. -Help building engineering teams and participate in the hiring, onboarding and establishing communication processes-Managing cyber security strategies, policies, procedures -Defining Information Security processes for prevention, mitigation, response and recovery-Follow and implement security standards like ISO 27001, BSI10012 and previously contributed in several GDPR implementations for our organisation and external clients.

dayzero® : a side-project launched in parallel with Velv, was a combined cluster of R&D projects, focused on cybersecurity. Responsibilities: GDPR procedures, network pen testing, security audits, software development in .NET Core, requirement analysis, system architecture, project management.

My responsibilities were:-Engineering Management-Overview of international projects;-Hiring and building engineering teams;-Perform 1:1's, performance reviews, technical guidance for engineering teams;-Plan, organize and structure project delivery (estimates, proposals);-Technical decisions of infrastructure and tech stack to use in certain projects; (mainly using AWS, Java, JS, .NET, Git and other CD/CI tools)-Managing managers, project managers and product owners;-Requirement analysis and development and PM methodologies (mainly Agile/Scrum)-Client point of contact to build strategical partnerships, ramp-up teams;
