By offering products that consistently earn top consumer ratings, we empower families to live worry-free lives.As the HR Manager for Portugal, Spain, and Italy, overseeing a workforce of about 450 employees, I lead a team of four professionals. Together, we deliver comprehensive HR services tailored to our multinational environment.My role involves forecasting and managing future staffing needs aligned with strategic objectives, particularly focusing on operations such as manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, maintenance, and industrialization. In 2019, we established and operationalized a Shared Services Department for all of Europe, covering areas like ICT, finance, production planning, and business support.I ensure that our salary policies and benefits remain competitive within local labor markets to attract and retain top talent, supporting the company's overarching strategy. Additionally, I provide HR support across various operational pillars in countries including the Netherlands, France, Portugal, and Poland, overseeing and managing annual budgets.Aligning with the company's strategy, I ensure that all local procedures, HR KPIs, and policies are effectively implemented and utilized by employees across different countries. Furthermore, I collaborate with the organizational HR team to develop and implement training and development programs tailored to each department's needs, supporting the business's long-term objectives.Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, unions, occupational medicine providers, and external service providers, is also part of my remit. Additionally, I oversee the local strategy for employer branding, ensuring our organization remains an employer of choice in the regions we operate in.
