This professional experience allowed me to develop adaptation, autonomy, teaching, training, verbal communication and research skills.I participated in more than 500 meetings and in various projects and activities within the educational community, an aspect that allowed me to develop skills in terms of public communication and interpersonal relationships.As Pedagogical and Financial Manager, I was in charge of preparing and organizing several business projects, taking into account financial, administrative and pedagogical objectives. This experience allowed me to develop, continuously, management, leadership, planning, initiative and commercial awareness skills. I carried out the recruitment and guidance of around 60 employees, which allowed me to develop organizational, mediation, teamwork and problem-solving skills. I created computer tools and various forms, in order to optimize the company's administration and portfolio management of more than 300 clients, which allowed me to develop administrative, financial and technological skills. The contact with Parents and Students also allowed me to develop negotiation skills, persistence,motivation and customer orientation.The professional career I have developed so far, as well as my participation as a member from different associations allowed me to strongly develop my ability to communicate with large audiences (between 100 and 3000 people). They also allowed me to develop decision-making skills, initiative, self-discipline, flexibility, time management, determination, a sense of responsibility and analytical, creative and critical thinking.
