• Delivery of Technical/Product and service process training to dealer workshop and front office manpower.• Monitor team performance for performance optimization. • Developing contents and presentations.• Attend customer complaints and prepare job card.• Monitor customer complaints resolution with supervisor.• Ensure customer satisfaction.• Handle product complaints and also continuing shop floor responsibilities• Educate customers on proper usage of the vehicle and systems provide to ensure maximum efficiency
