My role as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Numotion gives me the perfect opportunity to be an Individual contributor as well as in a managerial role. At work, I efficiently carry out documentation of Test Strategy, Estimations, and RTMs. I perform manual test execution, raising defects/ bugs, and retesting.I conduct timely discussions regarding testing status with the project team. We set processes to analyze requirements sooner and this helped in identifying gaps early in the projects.I have 6 years of experience in the quality assurance job function and a total of 9 years of professional experience.My strengths are proper documentation, communication, and flexibility to adapt to and learn changing processes and new tools as needed.
