- Procurement of over 200 laptops- Software installation (Updating windows and Software tools)- Troubleshooting hardware and software- Interacting with users regarding troubleshooting issues

Responsibility:- Installation and Configuration: Managing software installations and configurations related to computers, printers, CCTV, fingerprint devices, and other work equipment.- Network Management (LAN and WAN): Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).- Hardware Troubleshooting: Resolving hardware issues involving computers, CCTV, printers, fingerprint devices, and other equipment.- Software Troubleshooting: Resolving operating system and application issues.- Fingerprint Setup: Configuring fingerprint devices, registering users, and ensuring data security related to fingerprint authentication.- Employee Attendance Recording: Compiling employee attendance records obtained from fingerprint devices every five days.- Managing and Handling Administration for Over 500 Employees

Duties and Responsibilities● Responsible for the IT field and contributed to the manufacturing team Front End donorwebsite.● Manage 3 accounts e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak). Responsible for thedesign, description, process and purchasing update of the new product.● Record and recap transaction results and compile data on >100 donors per month.
