Design testing procedures and coordinate testing to identify problems and solutions. Conduct tests, document test results, and develop client presentation. Coordinate and communicate work effort within organization. Identify and keep abreast of technical concepts and markets. Assist in publication of papers and applications for conference.

Responsible to test products or sub-assemblies for functionality or quality. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Handle tools with care and handle the production line, make sure all production running smoothly. Personal in-charge to handle machine for chemical cure product.
