Leading a team of 45 teachers and staff (400 students). Member of the School Board. Member of the Board of High Shchool Principals at Jesuïtes Educació. Main focus: strategic planning, developping the new pedagogical model for the High Schools, teacher recruitment and development, family counselling, student counselling.

In charge of the design and implementation of the social emotional programme for 6 courses (1200 students). Design of the new counselling model for the Middle and High School. Project implementation: Jesuit European Educational Project, Junior Achievement, Positive Discipline Primary and Middle School and Parenting School, International EU fund programme Erasmus +, Global Skills programme design.

Leading a team of 10 HR people. In charge of the HR needs of the International Cooperation Department that was integrated by 100 people in Barcelona and 20 country offices abroad with teams of 5 to 10 people each. Planning and supervising 250 recruitment processes. Training and development annual programme: needs assessment, planing and executing. Leadership development programme. Member of the internal coaching team.

Coordination and follow up of the organisational changes defined to face the strong institutional growth: monitoring and evaluation system, communication plan, improvement plan of the institutional results oriented competence, identification of change agents, resistances to change and key indicators.
