Positive Discipline Lab is an experiential learning space born in Barcelona and operating throughout Spain, Europe and the whole world. It proposes a leadership model for educators and managers that encourages personal contribution, cooperation and responsibility. It promotes the creation of relationships based on respect and trust. Through a simple, concrete and effective long-term approach, it invites us to experience on our skin the impact our actions have on others. It offers very practical tools to lead and to develop skills and competences in those we want to influence so that they can succeed in today's world. Positive Discipline Lab offers training for different audiences, proposes specific modules for schools, families and organisations, and accompanies them in the change management process that requires the effective implementation of this new leadership model.
