Operations Executive
Current- Check the validity of incoming transactions.
- Analyze, solve, and communicate day-to-day tickets with related teams and ensure they meet the SLA.
- Perform transaction reconciliation periodically.
- Process client payments in multiple currencies via Cheque, Giro, bank transfer, and other payment methods following regulations from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Bank of Indonesia (BI).
- Process all client transactions (funding, crediting funds, reimbursements, deductions, third-party funding) including managing client accounts in 3 countries, namely Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
- Escalate findings to the Supervisor and concurrently notify the corresponding team according to each issue’s category.
