Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
CurrentI love working with people who have a clear motivation for change, who are willing to be creative and open minded in their approach to managing their nutrition, and who like working as a team. I value open communication and transparency with my clients and hope to work with those who show up to do the work, as I gently guide and encourage them along the way with compassion and patience. I especially value working with clients who want to explore a healthy relationship with food and body, and who want to reclaim their quality of life, rather than focusing on calorie counting and weight loss.I like to think of your nutrition patterns as one slice of the pie (or pizza!) of your life. I use a dynamic, person first, holistic and comprehensive approach which involves understanding all the other slices too; sleep patterns, stress levels, social engagement, food culture, trauma, workplace behaviors and patterns, current health care access, and so much more.I Work With:Healing relationship to food and bodyDisordered eatingType 1 and Type 2 DiabetesDigestive health (IBS, IBD, SIBO, GERD, general digestive issues)AutoimmuneInflammationCholesterol healthHeart healthKidney healthLiver healthFertility nutritionNutrition for ADHDNutrition for ASDNutrition for anxiety and depressionGeneral health Meal planningAfter our comprehensive initial 90 minute consultation, I will carefully go over your health history and nutrition goals and come up with a plan that is approachable, sustainable and that you will feel empowered to dive into!
