Nutrition Studio

Nutrition Studio is a private nutrition practice located in Portland Oregon that provides compassionate nutrition counseling, grocery store tours, and cooking lessons to a wide variety of clients. We serve folks in person in Portland Oregon, and provide telehealth across multiple states. Our model is based on providing compassionate and evidence based nutrition guidance to all people, as well as making support easy to access. Our values include being trauma informed, HAES aligned, weight inclusive, person centered and collaborative. We truly meet our clients where they are, and provide a space where they can be vulnerable in asking for help. We advocate for our clients, we support their autonomy, and we don’t have our own agenda. We are part of their care team, and they are at the center of it.
