Based on this brief, I would then RFP all Out-of-Home (OOH) vendors for their inventory (both traditional and non-traditional) that best fit the objective, strategy, and given budget. I would work to secure the OOH inventory while negotiating final rates with vendors, where I then obtained client approval on the final plan. Once the client signed off on the Authorization to Buy, I issued contracts to the vendors to lock in space, rate and duration.I gathered artwork from the agency or the client to then send to our production team for proof(s) and printing. Once the proof(s) were approved, I would issue clear and concise posting instructions to our vendors for the materials.
