Work: International Centre for Journalists, The Swaddle, Article 14, The Diplomat ++

I have been awarded the 'Citizen Matters- Urban Environment Reporting Fellowship 2023'. During the three months time, I would be reporting on the environment challenges faced by Delhi-NCR.

I wrote data-driven stories, worked on data visualisation through Infogram, twitter threads, as well on research and data collection. Along with working on my own stories, I assisted other journalists on data cleaning, and mining.

I wrote stories on gender beat. Additionally, I wrote for their FAQ section. I also assisted in script-writing for video stories.

I worked on PR management and research for the organisation's 'Reproductive, Sexual and Menstrual Health' campaign.

As a part of one of the India's oldest publishing houses for creative writing in English, I led and managed their growth on social platforms, like Instgram and Facebook. Collaborating closely with my mentor, Ms. Shuktara Lal, I crafted content and design strategies. Notably, I had the privilege of conducting interviews with acclaimed authors, including Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni and K. Srilata, contributing to our blog.

I led and managed a team of around 70 team members, including writers, copy-editors, photographers, graphic designer, and business development, as well as social media managers. Overlooked collaborations, creative vision, and handled the day-to-day responsibilities from writing to publishing.

During my tenure with the organization, I played a pivotal role in crafting newsletters for one of our clients, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as part of their Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Led the initiative by conducting interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and editing stories that highlighted the accomplishments of women leaders within the company.
