I have experience in identifying and navigating organizational changes, a keen interest on engineering and leadership, and above-average emotional intelligence.I have gained hands on experience in Fintech Landscape, for products like AEPS, Bill Payment, Payment Gateway, Mobile Banking, UPI, Digital Payments, ATM’s, Mobile Apps etc. Also a patent holder.Always having a focus on exceeding expectations and ensure the same is achieved by the team, operating with vision and integrity. Some of the responsibilities also include aligning engineering activities and projects with company goals and objectives, providing expert guidance and support, approving newly-developed policies from various departments, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Handling Multiple teams for the Development of Products and meeting requirements of Customers. Ensure all of the engineering activities and projects within an organization are on track and delivered on time. As part of my role I also ensure Techdebts, OKR and implementation of tools for smooth functioning of team & Organization to achieve the Overall Organizational Goals. Always ensure that Information security requirements and Audit feedbacks are included into the Sprints and not overlooked.
