My current role at The Moorings of Arlington Heights involves overseeing comprehensive patient care coordination, assessing the psychosocial needs of residents, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care. My extensive experience includes roles at Bella Terra of Schaumburg, Symphony at The Tillers, and HCR ManorCare, where I developed and executed crisis intervention strategies, managed discharge planning, and provided therapeutic support to residents.In addition to my social services expertise, I have a solid foundation in talent acquisition, having worked with prominent organizations such as The Exeter Group, Orlando Utilities Commission, Amazon Prime, Rappino Tech, and RAF Staffing. My responsibilities ranged from headhunting top technical talent to placing high-end professionals in IT and healthcare industries.I hold an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Psychology from Roosevelt University.
