Administrator in the Public Safety and Security department of Seton Hall University. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of various life safety, alarm, access, and surveillance systems around the campus. Also involved in the on-site management and coordination of outside contractors or on-campus facilities workers when involving any Public.

I help install and maintain home theater systems, networks, fire and burglar alarm systems, audio systems, central vacuum, and a number of other related yet miscellaneous things. This includes not only physical and technical skills, but also a great deal of customer service and office work.

As a bookseller, I assisted customers in finding the books they wished to purchase among the many shelves at Barnes & Noble and also worked the registers in a few different departments. As a Nook specialist I sold, advertized, gave private lessons, and gave advanced support for the Nook e-readers and tablets.

I used extensive product knowledge to get the right items into the right hands whenever a customer was looking for anything at all related to apple products and peripherals. I also kept the stockroom clean and stocked the shelves. In addition, I gave a few private lessons and did some minor pc repairs/upgrades.
