I joined Mercer in Liverpool as a graduate and advised numerous trustee boards on the management of their schemes while I studied for my FIA qualification.Following qualification in 1999 I moved into a more corporate-focussed role and relocated to Manchester, although I retained a number of trustee advisory roles.
