Talent Acquisition Manager
Current Manage all regional initiatives for recruiting including but not limited to Diverse Interview panels for People Managers, Interview Hiring Teams, and assisting with Regional Onboarding for new hires. Create, organize and run all interview sessions (approximately 2 per quarter) both in person and virtually for office, maintenance and concierge level candidates. Assist in corporate level positions – sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiations. Implemented Workday Recruiting/ HCM which includes but is not limited to:• Reviewing all TA processes and responsibilities to determine best practices. • Work with HR, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll to ensure that recruiting is set up appropriately to move candidate through all HR processes. • Responsible for creating/ updating all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for Talent Acquisition• Managed the creation of Recruiting in Workday which included external/internal career portal creation, offer letter integration, user experience creation, candidate experience optimization and legal review Talent Acquisition point person for legal updates including pay transparency, CCPA, and other changes based on legal risk for the company.
