Technical level of customer service, looking for solving problems with the customer’s internet connection, from the simplest to the most complex ones, assistance to external technicians to help resolve local internet problems, as well as registering customers in the company's CRM, database and network base devices, such as Huawei, FiberHome and UBNT OLTs, among others. In addition to that, because of my outstanding customer service and proficiency in the company's technical issues and processes, I’ve taught all the employees who joined the department since my second month there, teaching them the company's best practices, and also I’ve lead the company to the highest customer-based rating.

Temporarily job were I work with CPUs assembly, sorting and labeling their components, and also installing operational systems, like Windows 10, on computers for governmental institutions.

A company that manufactures cameras, intercoms and monitoring/security devices in general, I worked assembling cameras, formatting and printing documents, as well as analysis of technical issues in security devices.
