currently employed as a Corporate Relationship Officer where I managed and optimize the cash flow of the bank and its corporate clients. I use my negotiation skills to handle multiple large and complex contracts with various stakeholders, contributing to the bank's mission of providing financial solutions that meet the needs of the diverse and dynamic market of Dominica. In this role, I have achieved a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as improved the bank's profitability and liquidity.I am also pursuing PHD in Management at Unicaf, i've completed my masters in MAnagement with the Unicaf University where I learnt the latest strategies and tools for business planning and management. I am also a holder of an Executive MBA from Formato Educativo Escuela de Negocios and a bachelor's degree in business administration with honors from Ashworth College, where I developed my core competencies in communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
