As a Freelance Technical and Administrative Support Specialist, I provide comprehensive support to startup businesses by preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations, conducting internet research to gather information on specific topics, and assisting with customer inquiries and support requests. Additionally, I manage social media accounts.

Coordinated and managed the National Director of Black Campus Ministries calendar, scheduling and organizing meetings, and appointments. Attended meetings and accurately transcribed detailed meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, action items, and decisions. Facilitated communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth.
