I have the primary role as a Technical Sales person and to deliver renewable heat technology for Williams Renewables Ltd. After selling Future Heating I was awarded the position of General Manger. I managed the running Future Heating and reported to the Managing Director of RES-Onsite. My role included the following.♦ Managing and motivating my sales staff.♦ Managing the operations manager and overseeing his staff.♦ Expand the market share of RES-Onsite.♦ Review of P&L and balance sheet management accounts.♦ Cost review of all projects.♦ Producing monthly report for group.♦ Producing estimates for project and negotiating contracts.♦ Design of hydraulic circuits for solar thermal.♦ Design and programming of PLCs.

I founded Future Heating with my business partner as a heating company, we identified that solar thermal would be a great addition to the business. We soon specialised in commercial and multiple solar installations, when we sold the company to RES-Onsite in October 2010 we had installed over 1,500m.sq of solar panels. Responsible for the day to day running of Silicon Graphics(Unix) machines for one of the leading retouching houses in London. Calibration and monitoring of LightJet machine for the output of photographic transparencies.
