Ran regular Scrum ceremonies, managed stakeholders across 3 organisations and provided conflict resolution with developers across 2 supplier agencies.• NZ Transport Agency – nzta.govt.nz – $900kWorked closely with external design agency to translate the designer's ideas into deliverable development tasks. Effectively demonstrated what a successful, highly effective Scrum team looks like to a pessimistic client, resulting in being used as an example for other internal NZTA projects.• Meridian Energy – meridianenergy.co.nz – $720kPlaced onto this project the month before go-live to bring it back on track and resolve fundamental issues with the process and team. Worked with Head of Digital and other senior management to create a plan to get project back on track and was then responsible for ensuring it was successful.
