Responsibility to lead an engineering function to build new SaaS, microservice based products in the Microsoft Azure cloud. We are re-implementing/re-writing core legacy products into a new architecture which aligns with company goals for modernization, improved customer service and delivery efficiency.

Responsible for a matrixed team of 300+ (~170 direct line) resources to deliver technology solutions to IGT's international Customers. We manage 36 customers in 26 countries, with 10-20 major system deliveries and 50+ account service deliveries. Our solutions provide end-to-end Lottery capability covering everything required to deliver major systems: Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering, Project Management, and Account Management.

I currently lead the International Systems Engineering group at GTECH serving our customers in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Responsible for all systems engineering activities for the America's business unit of GTECH. This covers all North America, Latin America, South America and Caribbean sites.
