Mr. O’Connor has a diversified background as an accomplished broker and respected Project Team member. Formerly with Hines, an internationally recognized development firm, Mr. O’Connor was responsible for assisting in the management, operations, and leasing programs of office developments in several major cities in the West Region of the United States.Mr. O’Connor began his real estate career with CBRE (CB Richard Ellis) in Seattle, Washington and held a position as a Senior Vice President in leasing during his tenure at CBRE -San Francisco. Mr. O’Connor was consistently among the Top 5 Producers at CBRE-San Francisco from 1998 through 2003. He was individually recognized among CBRE's Top Producers nationally in 2000 and 2002. In early 2004, Mr. O’Connor left CB Richard Ellis as one of the founding partners for the San Francisco office for Newmark Cornish & Carey. Mr. O’Connor was the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office from 2007-2010.
