Mr. Ansa has a diversified civil trial practice, with a particular emphasis on transportation, products liability, commercial disputes and tort litigation. He has also handled employment discrimination litigation, environmental abatement actions, class actions, construction disputes and mass tort. The majority of his practice involves the representation of Fortune 500 and international companies involved in transportation, products liability, catastrophic personal injury and property tort matters and commercial litigation. He is frequently retained to assume lead role in high exposure cases on the eve of trial. He serves as national coordinating counsel for an international package delivery company. As national counsel, he actively litigates cases venued throughout the United States, manages a network of local counsel and oversees a rapid response team consisting of attorneys and retained consultants whose mission is to triage and manage catastrophic events.
