Performed administrative duties supporting the practice manager in the operation of a hospital owned ambulatory clinic. Duties included A/R reports, billing, patient demographics checks, answering phones, reconciling records discrepancies, workflow analysis, insurance billing code checks, and other office operational tasks.

Provided for the care and treatment of patients’ post cardiothoracic surgery, in coordination with nurses and physicians. Incorporated methods of care that would mitigate physical stress on staff and patients. Continual assessment and improvement of the work environment to prioritize workflows and reduce hazards.

Patrolled events, monitored for emergencies, and provided medical assistance to fans at on campus sporting events.
