Many of you have heard the famous saying by Simon Sinek, "Start with Why" and while Sinek's idea might seem mind-boggling, if you think about this, it is a relatively intuitive thing. An organization or a leader who inspires action has one thing in common, which every organization may not have. Many organizations know what they do, and some know how they do it. The fact of the matter, though, is that very few organizations know why they do what they do (the purpose, cause, belief, and why your organization exists?). Hi there, my name is Omer Ahmed and I am a Sophomore studying Global Business and Marketing at the University of Texas at Dallas.
