Bringing out the best in people is one of my favourite achievements.I also have the ability to mediate and calmly arrive at resolutions to conflict while being sensitive to other people's feelings. I am friendly and consider myself to be a very good listener with an open mind. I am respectful of myself, others and the environment. I like to talk to people as I am able to not take over the conversation and allow others to join in, which makes the interaction more interesting and more productive.
