(IOS and IGW).• Regular monitoring CDR follow, System, Database and Storage.• Manage and maintain IT servers running on LINUX/Windows.• Implement system automation/monitoring/Alarming tool (email notification)using Shell script, Batch script, ORACLE 11g (pl/sql, function, procedure,trigger), MSSQL, PHP.• Prepare UAT for Software and Hardware. Responsibilities:Manage and Maintenance Ascade Billing system for IGW Billing.Day to day Billing operation- check billing data with switch data for Proper Billing, CDR Availability for Billing System from different switches and Ensure all CDR Files are being rated.Trunk setup, Carrier setup, Rate management, Suspense management both Mediation & Rating and Invoicing. Analysis rate of different country and destinations, which carrier is more profitable for company of IOG call.Analysis Negative Y-rate for new rate sheet of a carrier, and send report to switch concern for blocking that destinations in where carrier Y rate is higher than from BTRC Y rate.Sometimes mobile operators send call to IGW by hide their prefix or wrong prefix, Identified and solved the issue.Prepare Various Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Customer queries, Management requirements etc).Configure and Manage Automatic Blocking System (ABS) for International Carrier.SQL, PL/SQL Programming and shell scripting.New Billing System Integration.Manage and Maintenance OBRM and IBCS Billing system for ICX Billing.Working with Redhat Linux, ORACLE Business Intelligence (OBIE), Monthly ETL. Monthly Oracle Database Backup/Recovery and also Raw CDR Backup into tape & Recovery from Tape if needed.Day to day operation of Database and System Administrations.Different types of Storage management (SUN, HP and Super Micro).Work closely with vendors for update or new feature implementation.
