As the Director of Operations at Vertspec, a leading provider of drone-based inspection and data analysis services, I oversee the project management and processing of customer data, and ensure the quality and timeliness of our deliverables. I also manage the customer support and on-boarding functions, which involve training and assisting our clients on the Vertspec Quality protocols and keeping them updated on the project status and new developments.With over seven years of experience in web development and design, and over two years of experience in digital marketing coordination and ad operations, I bring a unique combination of skills and knowledge to Vertspec. I am passionate about creating and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, designing and coding websites and platforms, and finding opportunities for company partnerships and product development. I am also skilled in vendor relations, CRM, business relations, and IT support. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and a minor in Web Development and Digital Communications from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a Google Analytics certification.
