Resulting in over 20 communication messages, 30 instructional webinars, eight Q&A sessions, and 18 job aids.o Developed and executed the mitigation plan for a major issue with the procured training vendor providing OCM deliverables. Provided IT senior management strategic direction to remove the vendor and then led the team of internal resources to complete all OCM deliverables. Resulting in ~$73k cost savings for the business (original budget for training vendor was $118k, total budget paid was $45k).o Responsible for the implementation of compliance-related training programs supporting the transformational Operational Excellence (OpX) Safety initiative. Impacting all leaders of office employees (~1,650 chiefs, including executives). Partnered with the OpX team working directly with sponsorship from the Corporate Health & Safety director and vice president on all program activities. o Supported the Ethics & Compliance operation goal, Enterprise Compliance Management System (ECMS) a single compliance management tool. SCE will utilize ECMS to centralize compliance data and standardize compliance management and reporting. These improvements will provide greater assurance to regulators, senior management and the Board of Directors that the company has a comprehensive view of the legal and regulatory mandates governing SCE.
