Overseeing the management of the creative capabilities of Razorfish's Dallas Studio: 10+ designers, user experience, content strategists, functional analysts, and project managers. Working side by side with the client, engaged in the Scrum rooms and Agile processes to support 6 teams onsite and 2 offshore.Growing and building the Dallas team and portfolio while elevating the creative output and quality. Introducing new tools and processes to facilitate richer cross-functional teamwork that delivers compelling products and services for clients and customers. Mentoring talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to schedule deadlines and delivery issues. Coursework required my class of 13 students to observe human behavior in order to create the architecture, navigation, and design for websites and mobile apps. The course objective for my students was to relay information to a customer to enhance clarity, density, and dimensionality of information display.
