Operations Manager
Current• Manage the dedicated guarding teams.• Follow up on all suspicious activity in the area.• Manage building sites.• Attend and follow up on any complaints from the clients.• Send Monthly reports to CSS Head of Operations.• Attend t any crime incident on a guarding site.• Serve as the primary customer contact foe all business issues of those accounts and sites assigned.• SOP explanation and area orientation of all new employees.• Forward any sales enquiries to the relevant sales personnel and follow up accordingly.• Continuous risk assessment and counter planning for your operational sites.• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills where necessary.• Maintain and build relations with existing clients• Ensure that client’s security needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner.• Completing administrative work and submitting detailed reports as required.• Working with the operational and operational support departments on any operational issues.• Starting and documenting new sites• Identify criminal trends and suggest means to reduce threats.• Motivating, developing and directing people as they work and Identify the best people for the job.• Recruiting new officers• Administer, direct and review security operations programs to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors and customers.• Develop methods to improve security policies, processes and practices and recommend changes to management.• Management of Guarding Administrator• Management of Guarding Supervisors• Management of temp pool staff• Enforcing discipline, motivation and site specific SOP compliance of all guards• Full understanding and knowledge of guarding department SOP’s• Addressing internal issues raised by guards.• Checking emails on a daily basis, taking action where necessary and provide feedback
