Based on recent movements within the Industry, lines have blurred based on Agility, the implementation of sAFE, the adoption of the new way of thinking in IT where T-Shaped individuals (Multi-Skilled) are much more prominent, the end-goal is to become more of a generalist rather than a one-trick pony.
