I oversee the entire company, and the process of idea to conception for all the latest Optical Character Recognition, Image Processing, and Document Reading hardware and software. Integrated banking, accounting, leasing and other modules particular to client specific needs. This is a proprietary system that is being built in a scalable way that grows with the company.iPhone Faxing Application:Collaboratively developed an iPhone application that takes an image of a document and sends it directly to a fax machine. This is an enterprise application that is used in the trucking and medical industries.InfoScan Application:Developed an ID and passport reading software based on OCR (optical character recognition) that extracts data from any ID. The application sends the data and images directly into other applications for compliance, reference and other business needs.Imaging Application:Created a unique imaging application to accept medical documents and insurance cards. Configured the system to work with existing medical records systems that exist in most hospitals and doctors offices. The InfoScan ID system is an SDK that integrates seamlessly into other applications.

Card Scanning Solutions is one of the leading image processing and optical character recognition companies. CSSN began as the only company in the world that has been able to develop a system that can read all 50 states and over 45 country drivers license/ID's based on OCR technology. During my tenure at the company I expanded the offerings to include FormShell, a custom document scanning and management solution that converts stored forms to data specifically for medical and hosted business applications as well as SigniShell, an array of electronic signature pads with biometric capabilities. I worked with strategic partners such as GE, Centricity, eCW, and other EMR vendors to integrate software into their workflow as well as designed new functionality based on customer requests. I also worked with outside partners on user acceptance testing, migration, and HL7 compliance. I managed and oversaw internal technologies and services to all departments within the company, and conducted Gap analysis for partners on company web based CRM. Oversaw the entire project cycle throughout complete software development process including contract negotiation and approval by the internal Project Management Committee. (IndyMac Bank, Pasadena, CA)Loan Origination System Upgrade (analysis and recommendations):Planned and began development of new Loan Origination System which comprised of a three tier platform. Focused on the middle Logic Tier in order to immediately make an impact by resolving old functionality constraints. An additional focus was making sure the system was compliant with new Sarbanes Oxley requirements/guidelines. (Countrywide, Agoura, CA)

Administered the entire life cycle of sizable infrastructure and application software projects using SDLC and 4D and PMI norms. Effectively managed a large-scale project with a $4M budget. Successfully completed and delivered projects within timeline and 15% under budget. Coordinated and managed 8 to 14 projects simultaneously. Led the implementation of strategic projects for Universal Studios international business units. Outlined strategic projects to support e-Business, finance, service, and Front Office products.Accomplished Projects:Unistar Application Implementation:Examined and incorporated Box Office Revenues infrastructure in the Universal Film Group (2000 users both nationally and internationally). Oversaw the entire project lifecycle in coordination with 65-member cross-functional team. Devised business instance and process flow diagrams for each module; the version 1 includes SQL database and outlined in VB. Version 2 used VB script for the web front end. Central Backup System Software Implementation:Covered all Universal application and web servers (300) utilizing ADIC Scalar 1000. Spearheaded a team for backup management software implementation and handled the contract negotiation and service level agreement. Worked collaboratively with cross-functional application teams (VB, .NET, C++, DB2, SQL, etc.) in integrating their systems with an existing infrastructure.
