The Community Birth Worker Coordinator (CBWC) coordinates and supervises the service deliveryof Mothers Rising Home Visiting (MRHV) Program contractors, Community Birth Workers (CBW), and Care Specialists (CS)by monitoring the implementation of standardized care plans for MRHV clients. CBWC is responsible for ensuring thatcare plans are implemented in accordance with MRHV program standards and may recommend adjustments to the plansby collaborating with Perinatal Care Coordinators (PCC) and attending weekly case conferencing meetings. SSC mentorsand provides support for the technical aspects of CBW and CS service delivery by conducting regular meetings anddebriefs with team members, giving immediate feedback during birth or postpartum visits, ensuring team compliance indocumentation, and scheduling a backup labor support calendar. CBWC also participates in facilitating Mamatoto VillageCBW and CS training.
